“Hotel is beautiful, staff are lovely. Rooms very spacious and big balcony. Fantastic location. Breakfast was fine but dinner poor, we ended up eating out. Pool area very small for size of hotel, imagine at the height of the season would be a problem with sunbeds. Security of hotel was good, guard at the door asking room number when going in late at night. Would definately return but bed and breakfast only.”

“I stayed at the hotel this weekend and Paula Fivi's performance was truly fun and entertaining; it really surprised me. The service from the waiters was also excellent; Diego and Mido were very friendly. The café lounge bar has a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it!”

“Excellent hotel in excellent location. Rooms are spacious, beds comfy and large balconies with views over the city. Only platinum rooms have sea view and full day of sunshine (if it shines). There's also a nice rooftop pool, jacuzzi and sun loungers. Breakfast and dinner were great with plenty of variation, you can start your day even with a glass of bubbly, if you wish. They can cater for gluten free diet, just ask staff to help. I read some earlier comments that dinner selection is limited, but I disagree. Every night the selection was different and even though most is pizza, pasta and bread, there was also fish, burgers, beef, pork, chicken and plenty of veggies, so I would say the selection was really good. Drinks / water / wine at dinner are not included. The rooms also include a cocktail voucher.”

“We're currently staying at this stunning hotel, right in the heart of Benidorm. The room is beautiful, it has just about everything you need and all kept spotlessly clean but the cleaning staff. We are on a half board basis and the food has generally been very good, it's not a massive selection but I have still been able to eat and I'm very fussy. Special mention to Mido who works in the sky bar and the Arches lounge, he is fantastic, a real credit to the hotel, nothing is too much for him and it's always service with a smile.”

“Visited last year in summer and had a fantastic stay! The rooms were so spacious and so beautiful. Had lots of wardrobe space, bathroom was big and the balcony was great. The breakfast at the hotel wasn’t the best so I’d recommend booking hotel only. The location was great too as it wasn’t too far from the strip but enough that you don’t hear any of the noise at night. The food and drinks at the pool bar were fab and decent prices too. The pool area was nice and lots of sun loungers. The staff were all so warm and welcoming. Shoutout: Johan, Nicole, Marylyn and Rachel. Will definitely book again!”
